ABOUT US JUDAH A. SUTTON President Judah is the founder and President of JUD Capital, Inc. He has been the driving force in the company’s overall growth and successful expansion into new markets. Judah is a Graduate of the Leonard N Stern School of Business at New York University and brings to the table many years of Commercial Real Estate Finance experience. Judah’s extensive expertise in analyzing and evaluating multi-family, income producing, construction, and undeveloped real estate assets has enabled him to opportunistically exploit the Commercial Mortgage Brokerage market. Prior to the company’s inception, Judah has been responsible for arranging equity and debt for over $1.5 billion in transactions. DAVID KASSIN Managing Director David is the Executive Director of JUD Capital. David was part of Brooklyn College’s Scholars Program where he majored in Business Management, Finance, and Minored in Accounting. David also served as President of Brooklyn College’s School of General Studies. After several years in the Financial Markets including Merrill Lynch & Co., David developed extensive relationships with numerous conduit lenders. Subsequently, he acts as JUD Capital’s liaison between its brokers and these lenders. David has facilitated the Brokerage staff in originating, analyzing, underwriting, negotiating and closing many transactions. His expansive knowledge of all facets of construction as well as income producing Real Estate enables him to service the company’s clientele with the utmost professionalism, honesty and integrity.
